• The LMS collects information such as name, contact details, institution details, login data, course activity, assessments and communications, primarily to create accounts, deliver learning services and improve the platform experience.​

• Technical data such as IP address, device details, browser type and usage logs may be collected using cookies or similar technologies to secure the service, prevent fraud and analyse performance.​

• Personal data is processed on lawful bases such as performance of contract with subscribing institutions, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating and enhancing the LMS.​

• Data may be shared with affiliated entities, trusted service providers and integration partners (for example, payment gateways, video‑conferencing providers or SMS/email gateways) solely for operating the LMS and related services, under appropriate confidentiality and data‑protection safeguards.​

• Cobra Softwares does not sell learners’ personal data; any analytics or reporting is provided to institutions in aggregated or de‑identified form wherever possible.​

• Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure, including access control, encryption where appropriate and regular security reviews.​

• Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data, or raise concerns regarding processing, through the support channels listed on the contact page; such requests will be handled subject to institutional agreements and applicable laws.​

• Data may be stored and processed on servers within India or other jurisdictions, but always under contractual safeguards; retention is limited to the period necessary to fulfil educational and legal requirements or as agreed with client institutions
