Terms and Condition

• Users (institutions, trainers, learners) agree to use the LMS only for lawful educational and training purposes, in compliance with applicable Indian laws and the policies published on the platform.​

• Login credentials are personal and non‑transferable; users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and all activities that occur under them.​

• All course materials, software and interfaces provided on the LMS are protected by intellectual property laws; no user may copy, distribute, resell or create derivative works without prior written permission from Cobra Softwares or the respective content owner.​

• Users must not upload content that is defamatory, malicious, infringing, or contains viruses, malware or any code that may disrupt the service; Cobra Softwares may remove such content or suspend access at its discretion.​

• Service availability may be impacted by maintenance, upgrades or factors beyond reasonable control; while reasonable care is taken, the LMS is provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error‑free operation.​

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cobra Softwares is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the LMS; any direct liability, if established, will be limited to the amount paid for the specific subscription period.​

• Cobra Softwares reserves the right to modify features, pricing, terms and policies of the LMS; continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.​

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing
